The optional enquiry form asks for name, company, email, phone, region and project details. With the bundled local server it saves entries in a private server-side JSONL file. No automatic supplier delivery is activated. The intended operator must specify its legal identity, contact address, actual vendors, lawful basis, hosting, retention, access/deletion process and any transfers before public collection starts.
Do not submit sensitive documents or health information. This draft must be finalized by the operator and appropriate counsel before production.
